Join the glimmering drag star Sparkle for A Sip with Sparkle!, as she concocts a bevy of beverages live on the interwebs. Known for her energy, charisma, sassy wit, and fabulous blonde hair, Sparkle serves up a delicious combination of glamour, alcohol, and witty repartee. With locally sourced ingredients and step-by-step instruction on how to create these luscious libations, you’ll be sipping (and, perhaps, snort-laughing) your way through each episode. Pride ReMIX!
As we reluctantly drift into September, we celebrate Kelowna’s Pride Festival from September 20-27, 2020. Our perpetually pickled hostess, Sparkle, will once again be joined by endlessly elegant Ella to guide you through making some refreshing and dangerously delicious cocktails. Featured on this episode will be the ‘Homopogo’, a gin-based cocktail with a shout out to the legendary Okanagan Lake serpent, and ‘Off the Stonewall’, with a cucumber-infused vodka base and a tribute to where the Pride Movement all began!
Details about the in person experience
-Tickets are $25 per person plus tax and fees
-People must purchase a full table (due to COVID)
-Tables are maxed at 6 people
-There is no mingling between tables. This is a zero tolerance policy.
-Arrive by 6:30pm, we lock the doors at 6:45pm and will NOT let you in if you are late
-This show is live streamed and it’s highly likely your face will be shown during the stream.
-We follow all provincial guidelines and not everything is listed here, you will be expected to follow the guidelines of the venue (Friends of Dorothy)
